Jordan Homes: Beach Head Road, real hands-on experience

After California, I moved to New England. Like many people, I always wanted
to build my own home. After watching the subcontractors working for Jordan
Homes, I said, “I can do that.” So I did.

Talk about "rolling up your sleeves," this Neoclassical Dutch-Colonial home,
with tall ceilings and rich architectural detailing throughout, was hand-
crafted by yours truly from start to finish: design, blueprints, framing,
siding, roofing, insulation, wiring, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, sheet rock,
taping and texture, tiling, cabinets, everything including the Sauna. It over-
looks a lake, surrounded by trees in a park-like setting.
