There's nothing like the feeling of when a plan comes together. Pictured here are the deliverables for a million dollar push-pull product launch to multiple channels: distributors, VARs, SIs, SEs, and end-users.

The core strategy was to get product into influencer's hands. To do this, we planned the largest seeding campaign on record. To minimize risks, we conducted a pre-test before launch.

Program highlights...Ads: VAR and end-user. Direct Mail: VARs, SIs, SEs, IT professionals. Evaluation units to high-volume VARs and Fortune 500 companies. Spiff program for VARs and SEs. Secret shopper telemarketing. Outbound telemarketing to place seed units, plus lots of collateral. The results: sales went into backlog, and stock price doubled.
